Our client, is looking for a  Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) at their stunning 160-bed aged care residence near Maryborough.

This Permanent Part-Time position (8 shifts per fortnight) offers the opportunity to shape the future of aged care while working alongside the Clinical Manager, Deputy Residential Manager, and Residential Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical care for our residents.
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence and professional development.
• Lead and mentor your team to achieve outstanding care outcomes.
• Collaborate with management to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with funding and accreditation processes.

Ideal Profile:

•  Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar role in aged care or acute settings.
•  Qualifications: Current RN qualification with AHPRA registration.
•  Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, assessment skills, and communication abilities.
•  Leadership: Proven experience in staff supervision and fostering professional development.
•  Knowledge: Familiarity with care planning, funding, and accreditation processes.
