About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to hiring managers on strategies and insights on recruitment while contributing to the recruitment cycle.
Duties include:
- Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment, including developing job-based recruitment strategies/ campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment and placement requirements.
- Improve the quality and time to hire through innovation and refinement of processes in line with changing workforce needs.
- Manage all stages of the process including job briefs, shortlisting, telephone screening, booking interviews and responding in a timely manner to both stakeholders and candidates.
- Proactively source candidates using various sources such as job boards, networking events/ career expos and talent pools.
- Maintain systems and databases for transparent communication and reporting.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and diverse candidate groups.
- Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, experience in disability services, blue collar or volume recruitment in a large complex organisation would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience providing expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines with the ability to pivot as priorities change.
- A strong business focus, keeping our clients and our people at the centre of what we do.
- Ability to work as part of a team, embrace change and focus on continuous improvement to deliver positive outcomes.
