Research Program Officer
Executive Assistant / Research Program Officer
As a multi-skilled, administration professional you will showcase your talents by providing Executive support to the CEO whilst seamlessly providing integral administrative support to our Research department. Your key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Executive Assistance
- Calendar management
- Facilitation of meetings including agenda development
- Preparation of reports, presentations, letters and other documentation
- Collation of Board reports and Board calendar
- Travel coordination
- Building services coordination
- Research Program Officer
- Implementing systems and metrics for tracking research project and program progress.
- Administrative support for research related documentation and compliance tracking
- Support Research related meetings including agendas and minutes
- Manage research students
- Sharepoint site maintenance
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in a research department supporting multiple researchers
- Advanced administration experience together with excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to apply professional knowledge in a flexible and innovative manner.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A confident, positive and proactive approach to work
- Highly developed communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use of initiative
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
