Research Program Officer

 

Executive Assistant / Research Program Officer 

As a multi-skilled, administration professional you will showcase your talents by providing Executive support to the CEO whilst seamlessly providing integral administrative support to our Research department.  Be a part of our purpose driven culture, united by a focus to deliver research-led patient care to those with ear and hearing disorders. 

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Executive Assistance
    • Calendar management
    • Facilitation of meetings including agenda development
    • Preparation of reports, presentations, letters and other documentation
    • Collation of Board reports and Board calendar
    • Travel coordination
    • Building services coordination
  • Research Program Officer
    • Implementing systems and metrics for tracking research project and program progress.
    • Administrative support for research related documentation and compliance tracking
    • Support Research related meetings including agendas and minutes
    • Manage research students
    • Sharepoint site maintenance

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in a research department supporting multiple researchers
  • Advanced administration experience together with excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to apply professional knowledge in a flexible and innovative manner.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A confident, positive and proactive approach to work
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and use of initiative
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
