Senior Communications Adviser

- Indicative Total Remuneration: $102,564 - $108,432 (pro rata) – Perm P/T – ASO6
- Location is negotiable across SA Regional LHN’s, Adelaide Office (or other location to be negotiated)
This is a brilliant opportunity to assist in the design, development and implementation of a new brand identity. Stepping into a supportive, challenging and rewarding environment, you will be accountable to the Director Governance and Planning for the development, implementation and evaluation of effective communications strategies and activities for a range of programs, services and issues relating to the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. Primarily, you will develop, implement and evaluate effective marketing campaigns and internal and external communication strategies to raise awareness about and increase consumer uptake of the services provided by the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. In addition, you will use communications to support the effective engagement of staff, consumers and stakeholders in the planning and implementation of new regional services and changes to service delivery.
To be the successful candidate, you will bring a proven track record in the development, implementation and evaluation of communications strategies and activities, including media, publications, digital communications and social media. You must have high level oral and written communication skills including the ability to undertake research, liaise with key stakeholders, write and edit a variety of publications that reflect the activities and initiatives of a large health organisation. Your excellent writing skills will include the ability to adapt style depending on the audience with a particular emphasis on detail, accuracy, plain English, grammar, punctuation, formatting and style. In addition, you will have considerable experience in applying effective interpersonal skills to facilitate team work and foster the cooperation of others using tact, discretion and impartiality.
