Chisholm is seeking an experienced leader for Nursing & Clinical Health.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Manager – Nursing & Clinical Health, your key responsibilities include:

  • Operational and strategic leadership for Nursing & Clinical Health business area.
  • Manage the ongoing operational and educational excellence the business area.
  • Identify and drive business growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, government requirements and Chisholm policies and practices across the business area.
  • Manage the collaboration with and development of key stakeholder partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit accreditation applications to the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) as required.
  • Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with proven experience in managing teams in a client focussed industry. You are highly organised and motivated. You will have great interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner. Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position you for success in this role.

Qualifications required for the role:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification in nursing or related area.
  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE 40122; or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.
